DEVELOPMENT

This valve has been designed and developed by the Kilard Company after many years study and research into the flow of pulverised fuel systems. It will meet the most stringent codes of practice and is designed to have better performance characteristics than any other valve in this field. The valve will give a total shut-off seal with minimal pressure variation in the fuel flow and ensures 100% operation without jamming or distortion problems.

OVERHAUL AND REFURBISHMENT

All liners, blades and viton seals are removable for easy replacement so that total site refurbishment can be undertaken without the need to purchase a complete new valve after the initial capital outlay.

OTHER APPLICATIONS

The valve can also be adapted to suit similar applications within the process plant industry, where the control of fluids is of prime importance.
